One of the most convenient and quickest ways to remove coatings, including powder coating, is to use a burn-off oven. As the name implies, the burn-off oven uses high temperatures (up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit) to burn off coatings, reducing them to ash and fumes.

Our burn-off oven is 6' x 6'. In many cases, it is a faster, less-expensive alternative to sandblasting. The burn-off oven works exceptionally well on the hooks, racks, and other hanging fixtures we use.
